Teofimo Lopez beat Sebastian Fundora in the amateurs

Teofimo Lopez battled it out with Sebastian Fundora years before either scaled the boxing mountain.

While ‘The Towering Inferno’ wasn’t quite 6ft6 at the time of the bout, he still had a huge height advantage.

The pair went to war from round one, with Lopez utilizing his superior sharpness to land blistering shots upstairs.

In the second, a determined Fundora attempted to march his rival down, but ate counters in abundance for his efforts.

As the bout rolled on, ‘The Takeover’ began to dominate more and more, connecting with monstrous blows, en route to a comfortable victory.
