Harlem Eubank caused former Shakur Stevenson opponent to quit on 2022 Chris Eubank Jr. undercard

Harlem Eubank will put his unbeaten record on the line on July 5th when he takes on fellow countryman Jack Catterall.

Eubank will be aiming to give former world title challenger Catterall his third career loss when the pair face off in a headline bout in Manchester.

The cousin of Chris Eubank Jr. will be aiming to improve his record to 22-0, as the 31-year-old is looking to build on a TKO win in March.

Aiming to reach the heights of his family members, Harlem Eubank shared a card with Chris Eubank Jr. in 2022, which ended well for the unbeaten fighter.

Harlem Eubank stopped Viorel Simion on Chris Eubank Jr. undercard

In February 2022, Chris Eubank Jr. had a headline bout against Liam Williams in Cardiff, Wales, where he aimed to improve his 31-2 record.

Other notable fighters on the card included Claressa Shields, Caroline Dubois, and recent Derek Chisora opponent, Otto Wallin.

A 12-0 Harlem Eubank was paired with Romanian fighter Viorel Simion (22-7) in a super lightweight bout.

Simion had lost five of his last six outings, which included a TKO defeat to now three-weight world champion Shakur Stevenson.

As recent form implied, Simion did not offer much of a threat to Harlem Eubank. After leading the bout in the opening rounds, punishing blows to the body in round five would see Simion struggle to answer.

Despite surviving the onslaught from the British fighter, Simion retired on the stool between rounds.

The win improved Harlem Eubank’s record to 13-0, as he earned his fifth professional finish.

Chris Eubank Jr. scored four knockdowns against Liam Williams

It was a successful night for the Eubank family when the pair competed in Cardiff.

In the main event, Chris Eubank Jr. was able to make it six wins in a row as he earned a unanimous decision win over Williams (29-3-1).

Not only did Chris Eubank Jr. earn an impressive victory, but he also scored four knockdowns in the fight. The first, second, fourth, and 11th round all saw Williams hit the canvas.

Despite the impressive win, Chris Eubank Jr. would go on to lose to Liam Smith in his next outing.
