Darren Till will headline Misfits 22 on August 30th against fellow former MMA fighter, Luke Rockhold.
After sharing the octagon with names like Dricus Du Plessis, Robert Whittaker, Jorge Masvidal, and Tyron Woodley, British MMA fighter Darren Till made the move to boxing.
In his first bout, he defeated Mohammed Mutie in the first round. In his most recent fight, he won a unanimous decision over eight rounds against Darren Stewart.
He is now set to headline Misfits 22 against Luke Rockhold, who shared the octagon with Michael Bisping, Paulo Costa, and Vitor Belfort.
Till became a Misfits star in his second bout, though, when he did what a bona fide pro boxer in Tommy Fury was unable to.

Darren Till knocked out Misfits star Anthony Taylor
Misfits boasts a few regular names that have started to accrue their own fanbases, and who feature on many of their shows.
Salt Papi, King Kenny, Slim Albaher, and KSI himself are all a few of these names, but one other is Anthony Taylor.
In 2021, on the undercard of Jake Paul vs Tyron Woodley, Taylor faced Tommy Fury in a four-round bout. Tyson Fury‘s brother emerged victorious on points, setting up his fight with Paul years later, and Taylor went on to defeat Salt Papi and King Kenny, both on points.
In Taylor’s most recent fight, he was stopped for the first time by Till, who claimed glory as he knocked out Taylor in the sixth round of their eight-round contest.
Taylor stood in for Fury, who withdrew from his fight with Till as a result of Till suggesting he would kick Fury if he were losing. This was clearly not to be taken seriously, though Fury used it as a reason to pull out of the fight.
Billy Joe Saunders also offered to replace Fury.
Misfits 22 will see a fighter aim to recover from an eight-fight losing streak
On the undercard for Misfits 22, British reality TV star Joey Essex, who trains alongside Conor Benn, will face Portuguese influencer Numeiro.
Dillon Danis will face Warren Spencer, and Ty Mitchell hopes to follow up his win over Idris Virgo with a win against Sean Hemphill.

The fight that really has fans talking, though, is Misfits star Salt Papi vs Tony Ferguson.
Papi has a 6-2 record in the crossover boxing circles, and lost only to Anthony Taylor on points and Slim Albaher via stoppage.
For Ferguson, this will be his first boxing match, as he hung up the gloves from his MMA career just recently, following a loss to Michael Chiesa which marked his eighth consecutive defeat.
