Dillian Whyte will face Moses Itauma in what many believe to be a hugely risky career move for ‘The Bodysnatcher’.
Dillian Whyte‘s career still had so much promise after his win over Povetkin, but inactivity, fight withdrawals, and a positive PED test have cost ‘The Bodysnatcher’ valuable years and memorable fights.
After his loss to Tyson Fury, Whyte scraped a win over Jermaine Franklin before being picked as Anthony Joshua‘s next opponent.
Whyte squandered the fight and the payday by testing positive for PEDs, and has since had just two fights with lackluster opponents, the latter of which raised questions about what Whyte truly has left.
Now, at the age of 37, Whyte will face Moses Itauma, a 12-0 fighter turning heads with every fight he has.

Moses Itauma is four years younger than the son Whyte had aged 13
Whyte has not had an easy life and has been shot and stabbed during his youth. To make it even harder, Whyte became one of the United Kingdom’s youngest ever parents when he became a father at the age of just 13.
His son is now 24 years old, four years older than Itauma.
Whilst Whyte being 37 is extremely young to have a 24-year-old son, it is a great deal older than the young and fresh Itauma, who world-class trainer Shane McGuigan cannot see losing the fight.
McGuigan told Pro Boxing Fans, “I think Moses Itauma is a sensational talent. […] Dillian is at the end of his career and he’s always had vulnerabilities there but he’s always had that tenacity to pull something out of the bag.”
“You can never write him off. I just think it’s very good matchmaking on their behalf.”
Whyte has been stopped by an uppercut in all three of his losses.
Whyte claimed AJ and Parker were offered to him but he truly believes he can beat Itauma.
