Wladimir Klitschko could make a sensational comeback in 2025.
Saudi boxing chief Turki Alalshikh wants to see the Ukrainian boxing legend attempt to outdo George Foreman and become the oldest heavyweight champion of all time.
A rematch with Tyson Fury, who ended his long run as champion in 2015, will be possible if he gets his revenge against WBO, WBC, and WBC titleholder Oleksandr Usyk on December 21.
IBF champion Daniel Dubois is also an option for the 48-year-old ring icon.

Wladimir Klitschko could win world title at 49 years old
Wladimir Klitschko hasn’t fought since suffering a knockout loss to Anthony Joshua in 2017.
However, he could find himself in a historic world title shot just after his 49th birthday.
Turki Alalshikh recently told DAZN that he wants to see Klitschko make a comeback against one of today’s top heavyweights.
“The result of Tyson vs Usyk, a lot of people are waiting for them,” the boxing mogul said.
“One of them is Dubois. Another is Joshua. At the same time, there is a third person. I am dreaming of seeing this fight to give chance if he accepts to give Klitschko to give back to be the oldest heavyweight champion ever. To give him the chance. This is perfect.”
“Of course, he won’t fight Usyk if he wins because they’re two heroes from Ukraine will not fight each other.
“This is the dream. Fury has a lot of people that want him in the line. Klitschko, all the people want to see it from 2015 again, and there’s also Joshua, which would be the hugest Britain fight ever [against Fury].
“Of course, Dubois deserves this chance. Let’s see.”
Wladimir Klitschko’s comeback scuppered by Mike Tyson?
Rumors of Wladimir Klitschko making a sensational return to the ring have been rife in recent weeks.
It was reported that he had put himself forward as a potential opponent when Joshua opted against taking an immediate rematch with Dubois after his sixth-round knockout loss in September.
Negotiations began before Mike Tyson’s poor performance against Jake Paul last month.
According to the Daily Mail, ‘Iron Mike’ looking shot in his comeback fight prompted the Saudis to scrap Klitschko’s clash with Dubois, who is now set to face former champion Joseph Parker on February 22.
Still, Alalshikh’s recent comments suggest we will see Klitschko back in the ring next year.
Ideally, he’ll be fighting Fury and running back their epic rivalry ten years after their first meeting.
