Tyson Fury gives surprising update on his return to the ring after announcing his major comeback

Tyson Fury has opened up about what the future holds.

‘The Gypsy King’ hasn’t fought since losing to Oleksandr Usyk for the second time in December.

Still furious about his loss against the southpaw, Fury recently announced that he’d settle his rivalry with Usyk in a trilogy bout at Wembley Stadium in London, UK.

However, it seems he’s done somewhat of a U-turn.

Tyson Fury says he is no longer making a comeback

Tyson Fury has seemingly backed out of his supposed return to the ring.

‘The Gypsy King’ claims his best years are now in the rear-view mirror.

When asked about whether we’ll see him back in the ring during a chat with Sky Sports, he answered: “Never.”

The surprised interviewer replied: “Really?”

Sticking to his guns, the 36-year-old confirmed: “Really. I’m too old. Look at my beard, I’m all grey. Boxing is a young man’s game.”

Having already achieved so much, Fury might be right to walk away from the sport, especially with a new wave of fighters coming through.

Recently, the Brit opened up about his thoughts on one particular star.

Interestingly, Fury said this heavyweight is about to become world champion.
