With opinion largely split on next month’s super fight between Canelo Alvarez and Terence Crawford, a high-profile trainer has offered his own bold prediction
Now just two weeks out from fight night, undisputed super middleweight champion Canelo Alvarez will put his title on the line against the undefeated Terence Crawford in the pair’s blockbuster bout.

With both Canelo and Crawford having it all to lose in ‘Sin City’ next month, the duo have remained rather cordial in their pre-fight build-up.

But notably, one of the parties head coaches has offered a rather bold and confident prediction for the undisputed pairing.

Obviously backing his own fighter, Crawford, to emerge with a win, Brian McIntyre believes the fight with Canelo will be more or less plain sailing for the Nebraska challenger.

As far as ‘Bomac’ is concerned, too, Crawford will likely sail through his fight with Canelo with flying colors — in a rather dominant and one-sided victory.
“We gonna beat this m———— a–, dog,” McIntyre told The Ring. “It ain’t no cakewalk. But we’re gonna beat his (Canelo Alvarez) a–.
“I promise you that,” McIntyre explained. “Watch and see — I ain’t steered you wrong yet. I ain’t in the business to start now. F— that s—. I tried to tell them about (Errol) Spence (Jr.), but they didn’t wanna listen.”

And while McIntyre remains confident of a dominant win over Canelo, his student Crawford also offered his firmest prediction on the pairing yet, too.

Gearing up for his trip to Las Vegas, unbeaten former undisputed welterweight champion Crawford has vowed to topple Mexican megastar Canelo when they finally share the ring.
So much so, the undefeated 41-0 star claimed critics and haters picking Canelo to emerge with his undisputed super middleweight title in tow will have to eat their words come September 15.
“All those doubters, at the end of the day, at the end of the fight, they’re all gonna cry when they get home,” Crawford told fans during an event in Nebraska of his fight with Canelo.
