Skye Nicolson has revealed who she wants to face next after defending her WBC featherweight title.

Nicolson retained her title with a convincing unanimous decision victory against Raven Chapman.

The challenger started brightly in the opening two rounds but Nicolson showed why she’s a force to be reckoned with and in the end, proved to be a worthy winner.

Saturday’s fight in Saudi Arabia was one to remember for more than one reason.

As well as providing superb entertainment before Artur Beterbiev and Dmitry Bivol’s undisputed clash, it was also the first time a women’s title fight had taken place in Saudi Arabia.

It was a landmark occasion for the sport and one where the two fighters in question delivered a great contest that will be bookmarked in history forever.

Speaking to DAZN after the fight, Nicolson was asked who she would like to face next and there was no hesitation in who the Australian was eyeing up.

“Tiara Brown,” she said, stone cold.

“She says she’s the smoke, she says she wants the smoke, it’s the fight to make.

“Let’s get it on.”
