Oleksandr Usyk likely to fight Joseph Parker next, says Sergey Lapin
While Andy Lee said Oleksandr Usyk is unlikely to face Joseph Parker, it looks like the bout could still come to fruition.
The legend’s team director, Sergey Lapin, says the match-up should take place even if it isn’t in Saudi Arabia.
In an interview with Boxing King Media, he said: “We have the WBO belt, his first belt. We have rules. We need to speak with the team and next opponent is Joseph Parker.
“If this fight [is] not [in] Saudi? We’ll see where we do it and the next step.”

Fans would love to see Oleksandr Usyk battle it out with Parker.
However, the New Zealander isn’t the only boxer desperate for his shot at the icon.
One heavyweight star is very confident in his chances against the gifted athlete.
