Lennox Lewis names the Oleksandr Usyk weakness he’d exploit

In his heyday, Lennox Lewis was a truly ferocious operator, blessed with phenomenal skill and thunderous punching power.

Since hanging up the gloves, the Brit has become a respected pundit, capable of giving fascinating analytical breakdowns on all the biggest fights.

In an interview with Boxing News, he said: “I would have to compare him to Evander Holyfield, and I think he would’ve done very well.

While Lewis believes he could’ve laid Usyk out, it isn’t always as easy as that, with the two-weight champion capable of riding out storms to get the win.

Ultimately, the pace he sets becomes extremely difficult for larger boxers to deal with, as Tyson Fury found out during their first fight in May.

And another well-liked contender has revealed that Usyk carries more power than given credit for, admitting that the 37-year-old knocked him out in sparring.
