Mike Tyson was spotted preparing for his upcoming fight against Jake Paul by taking on a former heavyweight champion in a playful street fight earlier this year.
Tyson is gearing up to face Paul on Friday 15 November after their original bout in July had to be rescheduled.
The 58-year-old hadn’t fought a professional fight in over two decades when he lost to Kevin McBride in a controversial encounter that saw him try to bite the nipple of his opponent.
‘Iron’ Mike returned to the ring four years ago in an exhibition bout against Roy Jones Jr and ahead of his next fight, Tyson took to the streets to prepare.

Mike Tyson and Shannon Briggs were involved in street fight before original Jake Paul date
For the first time, Netflix will be the place to watch Mike Tyson’s fight against Jake Paul after they secured the rights.
In the build-up, the streaming service released a preview of the bout and what life had looked like for the two fighters.
One of the scenes revealed that Tyson and ex-heavyweight champion Shannon Briggs were involved in a playful street brawl when ‘Iron’ Mike returned to his home neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York in April 2024 ahead of the original date.
Both quickly took off their shirts before enjoying a light sparring session, much to the excitement of those watching on.
The pair then embraced each other before Briggs bellowed out his trademark saying “Let’s go champ!”.
Briggs was Paul’s first trainer when the YouTuber-turned-boxer took his first steps into the sport however he has admitted that he is backing Tyson to win the fight due to his upbringing.

As previously mentioned, Netflix will be the only place to watch Paul vs Tyson this weekend.
