Lennox Lewis would’ve absolutely obliterated Tyson Fury, according to a former world champion, who says there’s ‘No comparison’ between them.
The pair of boxing juggernauts have solidified their spots as the greatest heavyweights to have ever come out of the UK.
But while Fury has taken Deontay Wilder’s power and managed to get up, in the eyes of a featherweight icon, he wouldn’t have been able to overcome ‘The Lion’.
The retired former fighter has now explained why he would have given Lewis the edge.

Barry McGuigan says Lennox Lewis would’ve destroyed Tyson Fury
When he fought Wladimir Klitschko, Tyson Fury was nothing short of sensational, utilizing his sublime movement to bamboozle the long-reigning heavyweight King.
Years later, he switched up his style, marching down Deontay Wilder in their second fight, en route to securing a huge stoppage victory.
However, aside from those two victories, Fury has failed to capture any other marquee wins or look as anywhere near as good as he did on those nights.
With that in mind, Barry McGuigan can’t help but favor Lennox Lewis.
In his mind, as the former undisputed champion has been in with the better opposition, he’d utilize that experience to dominate ‘The Gypsy King’.
The Irishman tweeted: “I don’t hate anyone, but I know Lenox Lewis would have destroyed Fury, compare their resumé there is no comparison, those are the facts.”
He later added: “I was there ringside for many of Lennox’s fights, and he was far superior to Fury and beat much better opposition.”
Former world title challenger says Tyson Fury is the best he ever sparred

A former boxing superstar, who went toe-to-toe with the Brit over countless rounds inside the gym, is adamant that the trash talker was something special.
Now, the former world title challenger has given an insight into his sparring with Fury.
