Jarrell Miller has demanded a place on the undercard of Oleksandr Usyk and Tyson Fury’s fiercely-anticipated rematch, calling out a former world heavyweight title challenger.
The smack-talking American comes off a strong performance, drawing with former heavyweight champion Andy Ruiz Jr in a bout where he weighed his career-lightest since 2018.
Nevertheless, ‘Big Baby’, who was stopped by Daniel Dubois in his fight before, is still one of the biggest contenders in the land of the giants, campaigning at just over 300 lbs.
And now, the 36-year-old targets a clash with Derek Chisora, who he called out just moments after Dubois scored an emphatic fifth-round stoppage over Anthony Joshua.

Jarrell Miller calls out Derek Chisora
Chisora comes off a career-saving win over Joe Joyce in a fight where many predicted that the veteran would succumb to his opponent’s devastating power.
The 40-year-old had other plans, though, as he now looks to stay active against highly-ranked contenders in his division.
One of whom could be Miller who, despite Chisora giving him a cheeseburger on Saturday night, has his eyes firmly fixed on a potential transatlantic dustup.
“Yo Chisora, what up Baby? Chisora, looking good against Joe Joyce. What’s up man? We got December coming up on Tyson Fury’s undercard. Let’s get it on baby,” said Miller when speaking to iFLTV.
“I would love to retire you. It would be my honor and my pleasure to retire your old a**.”
Does Jarrell Miller deserve his opportunity?
Miller was scheduled to face Joshua back in 2019, but famously removed himself from the contest after testing positive for three performance-enhancing drugs.
However, it does not stop there regarding the Brooklyn-born bruiser’s checkered history, as he was handed a two-year ban from the sport after failing another drugs test prior to his fight with Jerry Forrest in 2020.
While he has now served his punishment, not everyone has welcomed Miller’s return to the sport, with many suggesting that he does not deserve to be appearing on Riyadh Season cards delivered by Turki Alalshikh.
Regardless, there is every chance that he could shoehorn his way onto the Usyk vs Fury card at the end of this year, and Chisora does, afterall, represent a viable opponent.
