Jarrell Miller looks to join the world scene in the land of the giants, where formidable Ukrainian Oleksandr Usyk currently reigns supreme.
The 36-year-old comes off a highly contentious draw against former unified champion Andy Ruiz Jr, with most fans believing that Miller had done enough to emerge victorious.
Still, while he is yet to get back in the win column following his devastating tenth-round stoppage defeat to IBF champion Daniel Dubois, ‘Big Baby’ believes that his career-defining opportunity is just around the corner.
And yet, with boxing aficionados still struggling to look beyond his previous failed drugs tests, one would suspect that the American has a way to go before completely rehabilitating his fractured image.

Jarrell Miller confirms plans to face Derek Chisora in Manchester
Miller and Derek Chisora were both in attendance at Wembley Stadium for Dubois’ scintillating fifth-round stoppage victory over Anthony Joshua last month.
Shortly after watching the enthralling spectacle, the two heavyweight veterans exchanged pleasantries while munching away at a couple of cheeseburgers.
Before their seemingly cordial encounter, though, Miller had highlighted Chisora as a potential opponent, threatening to retire the 40-year-old.
And now, it appears that the pair are somewhat closer to locking horns, with Miller revealing a date and location for the potential dustup.
“That’s the biggest one we’re talking about right now – Chisora,” Miller told BoxingScene. “It’s not locked in yet; the deal’s not signed yet. But there are definitely talks.
“We’re gonna see; we’re gonna see. We don’t have the arena locked down yet, but it’s looking like Manchester [England] in January.
“I love it. I think it’s a great fight. I don’t think it’s an easy one but I think it’s a win. I’ve gotta go in there and beat my boy up.”

Are Jarrell Miller and Derek Chisora top ten heavyweights?
While a clash between Miller and Chisora would certainly make for a captivating slugfest, it is difficult to see how a win for either fighter would alter the heavyweight landscape.
The Ring Magazine recently updated their heavyweight rankings, with Fabio Wardley entering at number 9 following his emphatic stoppage over Frazer Clarke.
And so, with the top ten list now containing several fearsome contenders, it is yet to be seen whether Miller or Chisora are capable of competing with the division’s young blood.
Chisora, for instance, comes off a points victory over a faded Joe Joyce, which, when considering his 13 professional losses, does not exactly take him away from the jaws of retirement.
As for Miller, the jury is still out on whether or not he should be presented with any opportunities to fight, let alone compete at the top level.
