Former Oleksandr Usyk opponent reveals the key to beating the legend ahead of his fight with Daniel Dubois

A former foe of Oleksandr Usyk claims he has set out a blueprint on how to defeat the Ukrainian, which he insists Daniel Dubois must use.

Returning to action this weekend, Usyk will fight Dubois in a rematch clash at Wembley Stadium, rekindling their rivalry dating back to 2023.

And hoping to become a two-time undisputed heavyweight champion, Ukraine favorite Usyk will challenge for the IBF crown against the British titleholder, who himself looks to upset the apple cart.

Despite never coming unstuck in his career, Usyk has a particular hole in his game, as per a former foe, and Dubois has been urged to exploit in the capital this weekend.

Derek Chisora urges Daniel Dubois to become “crazier” than Oleksandr Usyk

Himself fighting Simferopol favorite, Usyk back in 2020 in his sophomore heavyweight outing, British veteran, Derek Chisora would lose a decision against the divisional newcomer.

But posing a significant threat to Usyk’s unbeaten record, Chisora managed to employ an aggressive approach — ultimately losing via decision in a competitive clash.

“You must be crazier than him,” Chisora told talkSPORT. “You have to want it more.

“You have to go to the other side, where you don’t want to go. So if you are prepared to go to the other side, you could win the fight.

“But if you are going in 50-50, you’re getting knocked out,” Chisora continued.

And despite suffering a ninth round stoppage loss to Usyk in their first pairing, Dubois has revealed his plan to avenge the loss in a massive upset win.

Daniel Dubois vows to bring “chaos” to rematch with Oleksandr Usyk

Pointing to the age difference of 11 years in his favor, Dubois, fresh from his spectacular knockout win over Anthony Joshua last year, has laid out his game plan from the get-go this weekend.

Claiming the age factor will play into his hands, Dubois believes a chaotic approach this time around in their re-run will lead him to success.

I’m going to go in there and do what I have to do,” Dubois said on The Stomping Ground channel. “Make it crazy. Make it chaos. Bring chaos on the night.

“Whatever it takes to win, I’m going to do it. He’s just a man, and I’ll just have to break him down, turn him old on the night, wear him out.”
