Dmitry Bivol could have a huge challenge on his hands.
A thunderous puncher with an 88.89% KO ratio has set his sights on a showdown with the pound-for-pound great.
In an intriguing potential clash, not for the first time in his career, Bivol would have to outbox a fighter with significantly more power, evading the massive shots thrown in his direction.
While the unified champion is undeniably one of the best the light heavyweight division has ever seen, his adversary certainly isn’t scared of him.
Brutal: Dmitry Bivol landed crushing one-punch KO in his first world title defense

Dmitry Bivol called out by Anthony Yarde
Anthony Yarde has challenged Dmitry Bivol to a showdown.
‘The Beast from the East’ is a heavy hitter, who’s previously hurt both Sergey Kovalev and Artur Beterbiev.
On November 22, Yarde will go to war with David Benavidez, and should the Brit win, then he’d love to share the ring with the best in the weight class.
In an interview with Sky Sports, he said: “I have no fear of any man on this planet. I want to fight the best in the world. When at the end of my career I retire, I don’t want to look back and be [thinking:] ‘I only fought this person, I only fought that person’.
“My personality is that I feel like I can beat everyone. I’m going to beat Benavidez, and even after Benavidez, I will fight the best out there.
“If Bivol is still the champion after I fight Benavidez, that’s a fight I will definitely explore. Because that means I will be undisputed. That’s the goal. That’s the dream. That’s the ambition.
“I will fight anybody, and I think I’ve shown that.”
