Dillian Whyte is under the impression that Daniel Dubois would be a hard night’s work for Tyson Fury.
Daniel Dubois produced the best performance of his career last night by destroying Anthony Joshua in five one-sided rounds to retain the IBF Heavyweight Title.
Despite being the underdog against Joshua, Dubois dropped the heavyweight four times in front of a record-breaking 96,000 fans at Wembley Stadium, leaving Tyson Fury shocked at the AJ vs Dubois result.
Dubois finished the job with a brutal right hand and a viral video shows how Joshua was sent face-first into the canvas.

Dillian Whyte believes Daniel Dubois can trouble Tyson Fury like Francis Ngannou
Whyte has compared Daniel Dubois to Francis Ngannou, who famously gave Tyson Fury a tough fight in October 2023.
He told iFL TV: “Fury needs to be careful because Dubois has that Ngannou kind of power and Dubois can box a lot better than Ngannou.”
Fury was dropped by Ngannou with a left hook in the third round and many believe ‘The Gypsy King’ was fortunate to be awarded a split-decision victory.
Ngannou appeared much physically stronger on the night and never seemed hurt by any of Fury’s punches.
Therefore, with wins over Joshua, Filip Hrgovic and Jarrell Miller, it’s plausible Dubois could beat Fury or at least be competitive.
Furthermore, Dubois has better boxing skills than Ngannou which would allow him to land his power shots with greater ease.
Does Daniel Dubois hit harder than Francis Ngannou?
With 21 out of 22 victories coming via knockout, Dubois is statistically one of the biggest punchers in the heavyweight division.
The only boxers Dubois was unable to knock out include Joe Joyce, Oleksandr Usyk and Kevin Johnson.
Ngannou has never scored a knockout in professional boxing, yet many believe in the Cameroonian’s power due to his former reign as UFC Heavyweight Champion.
Still, with boxing being technically different to mixed martial arts, it’s fair to assume Dubois is more heavy-handed than Ngannou in a boxing ring.
