Derek Chisora will hang up his gloves on February 8th when he makes the final walk to the ring versus Otto Wallin.
Chisora has shared the ring with some of the very best, including Oleksandr Usyk, Tyson Fury, and Vitali Klitschko in his 18-year career. However, the 41-year-old will say goodbye to the sport as British boxing loses a fan-favorite when Chisora fights Wallin.
In his lengthy career, Chisora would also have the pleasure of sharing the ring with Joseph Parker on two separate occasions. Parker is now preparing to challenge Daniel Dubois on February 22nd as the IBF World Heavyweight belt will be on the line.
Having faced Parker twice, few people will have more insight into the heavyweight clash than Chisora.

Derek Chisora predicts finish in Daniel Dubois vs Joseph Parker
Chisora met Parker for the first time in May 2021, as the British fighter looked to bounce back from a loss to Usyk. However, it was not meant to be for Chisora.
A split-decision would not go in favor of Chisora, despite knocking Parker down in the opening round. However, due to the bout being so close, the pair rematched seven months later.
Once again, Chisora would be on the losing side, this time with Parker winning unanimously.
Despite losing out to the New Zealand fighter twice, Chisora has picked against his previous opponent in his fight with Dubois.
In an interivew with Box Nation, Chisora claimed that he felt Parker’s chin would not be strong enough to withstand Dubois’ power. “I think Dubois wins it cause I don’t think Joseph Parker’s got a strong enough chin.”
“Daniel hits hard. I see that fight, Daniel [wins] within five rounds. Five rounds, Daniel wins it.”
Joseph Parker has only been stopped by one boxer in 38 fights
Parker currently boasts a professional record of 35-3 and is in his 13th year of professional boxing. However, Parker has only had one stoppage defeat in his career.
Following a brace of wins over Chisora, Parker would take on Joe Joyce for the WBO Interim World Heavyweight title. However, his attempt at becoming a two-time world champion would not be succesful.
A left hook in the 11th round of the bout would put Parker out of the fight in the first stoppage loss of his career.

In terms of getting knocked down, only two other men can say they have sent Parker to the canvas alongside Joyce and Chisora.
Despite being the victor in his last outing, Parker was knocked down twice by Zhilei Zhang in their 2024 meeting, but won via majority decision.
The first knockdown that Parker would suffer would come in 2018, when he suffered a second round knockdown versus Dillian White. Parker would also be knocked down again in the 9th round before losing an unanimous decision.
However, fighters such as Anthony Joshua and Deontay Wilder have not been able to send Parker to the canvas.
