Deontay Wilder’s head coach is excited about the prospect of Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua finally settling their beef in the ring.
The British heavyweight duo have been dancing around a fight with each other for years, but now it seems that they may finally trade leather at some point in 2025.
Tyson Fury is fresh off a second successive defeat to Oleksandr Usyk, while Anthony Joshua is still reeling from his shock knockout loss he suffered against Daniel Dubois in September.
As the men who beat them eye up a four-belt undisputed fight, Fury and Joshua appear to have been presented with the chance to make tens of millions in a non-title bout against each other.

Malik Scott predicts Tyson Fury vs Anthony Joshua.
Boxing fans are already sharing their predictions for Fury vs Joshua, with one of them going as far as simulating the British blockbuster on the legendary ‘Fight Night Champion’ video game.
Malik Scott has offered his thoughts too. The former heavyweight contender, who now coaches Deontay Wilder, believes current form suggests ‘The Gypsy King’ will emerge victorious from a potential fight with Joshua.
However, he sees a route to victory for ‘AJ’, who has bounced back from defeat before and is capable of doing so again if he employs the right game plan against Fury.
“If we’re going off the last couple of fights we have to go with Tyson,” Scott told The Stomping Ground. “It depends on which ‘AJ’ turns up.
“I also think styles make fights and Tyson is not who he was three years ago.
“To me, ‘AJ’ had a bad outing against Dubois, but I’ve seen ‘AJ’ come back from bad outings and even look impressive. If he would be ‘AJ’ who fought [Kubrat] Pulev, that ‘AJ’ would give anybody hell.
“The Anthony Joshua that fought Pulev [had] a real big-man style, fighting not tall, but fighting long, imposing himself from a distance and having his lead hand up so whoever has to get past his lead hand has a price to pay.
“It’s a good fight. It’s definitely something I would look forward to and be geeked out about.”
Oleksandr Usyk predicts Tyson Fury vs Anthony Joshua
Usyk is probably the best-placed man on the planet to predict Fury’s potential fight with Joshua.
After sharing 24 rounds with both men, ‘The Joker’ has revealed which English opponent he found tougher to deal with.
“Tyson Fury,” he told Boxing King Media the day after beating him for the second time.
Despite finding it harder to deal with Fury, the 37-year-old makes his latest victim the underdog in a potential clash with Joshua, which former undisputed heavyweight champion Lennox Lewis believes is the ‘biggest fight in history’
“Maybe it’s Anthony Joshua,” Usyk added when asked to predict the British blockbuster.
“I don’t know—maybe points. I don’t know.”
