Deontay Wilder has opened up about an interesting element of his upcoming fight with Tyrrell Herndon.
‘The Bronze Bomber’ is scheduled to make his eagerly anticipated comeback on June 25, at the Charles Koch Arena in Wichita, Kansas, USA.
At the peak of his powers, the American was a truly terrifying competitor, capable of rendering anyone he touched unconscious with just a single shot. Wilder notably stopped Dominic Breazeale inside the very first round and overcame a tough test to finish Luis Ortiz.
However, while some believe his best days are behind him, the warrior is confident that he can be better than ever when he returns to the ring next month.

Deontay Wilder says Tyrrell Herndon told him it was his ‘dream’ to fight him
While Deontay Wilder and Tyrrell Herndon are currently preparing to go to war inside the squared circle, their clash has actually been brewing for years.
The pair crossed paths a long time ago, with the now former WBC world heavyweight champion discussing what happened that day.
In an exclusive interview with Bloody Knockout, he claimed: “Wrong guy, wrong time, wrong place. I love that he has the confidence.
“I think six years ago, we met each other, and his dream was always to fight me. Look what it is now, he gets the opportunity.
“I get the opportunity as well because I’m building myself, and I think I’m back where I need to be, if not stronger than I’ve ever been in my life.
“I’m so much freer rather than having a load hold me down. I couldn’t rise and elevate to the next level because certain people who I thought loved me were around me.
“Here I am, it’s time to brush myself off because I’ve been down too long. I’m so much happier, I have so much more joy in my life, and I have peace.
“I’m just ready to get back out here and do what I love to do and what I know that I can do, and give the fans something to see.
“I’m looking forward to the fight. I’ve never been to Kansas, but I’m looking forward to making my grand entrance. We’re gonna have a motherf—— amazing time.”
Deontay Wilder says it’s ‘on sight’ with Jarrell Miller during explosive rant
While Wilder has a great deal of respect for Herndon, the same can’t be said for Jarrell Miller.
The legend truly despises ‘Big Baby’, with the pair throwing verbal shots at one another at every given opportunity.
Now, the boxers could finally settle their differences inside the ring.
During our discussion with the icon, Wilder explained why it’s ‘on sight’ with Miller.
