Daniel Dubois will aim to defend his IBF World Heavyweight title on February 22nd, when he takes on Joseph Parker.
The heavyweights will clash in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on a stacked pay-per-view card. Other names on the card include the likes of Artur Beterbiev, Dmitry Bivol, and Shakur Stevenson.
Dubois successfully defended his title in his last outing when he dispatched Anthony Joshua at Wembley Stadium. Meanwhile, Parker is looking to build on back-to-back wins over Zhilei Zhang and Deontay Wilder.
Both men will go into the bout with the aim of a unification fight with Oleksandr Usyk following a win. The Ukranian is the current holder of the WBC, WBA, and IBO World Heavyweight titles.
Dubois has named Usyk as an ideal opponent in the future, as well as a rematch with Joshua.
Dubois and Parker recently engaged in a face-off with one another, where the Englishman and New Zealander gave their thoughts going into the fight.

Daniel Dubois and Joseph Parker list the strong points of their opponents
Sitting down for a face-off for TNT Sports, Dubois and Parker were asked to name some of the strengths that their opponents possess.
As the champion was asked first, Dubois began by saying, “He’s a good fighter, he’s like a veteran,” as he ultimately gave credit to the experience of Parker.
When asked about any potential downsides of Parker’s skillset, Dubois was reluctant to share his thoughts as he plans to exploit them in the ring. “I will expose his weaknesses.”
The question was then reversed as Parker was asked about the best parts of Dubois’ skillset. In response, the 35-3 fighter said, “He’s got a good engine, good jab. He’s found some self-belief and confidence.”
However, Parker ended his answer with a chilling finisher, “It’ll all stop soon.”
Daniel Dubois and Joseph Parker have very different game plans
When discussing how they think they might get the victory in the fight, Parker began by predicting he would get the decision victory over Dubois. “I’m going to be too smart. Decision.”
Dubois responded by saying “I’m going to mess up all his plans. Destroy them all and just go through him.”
“Everything he brings, I’ll be more. Stronger, faster.”
Dubois was also asked during the face-off if he felt like Parker was going to be a tougher challenge for him than Joshua, to which ‘DDD’ responded, “No.”
Joshua is supposedly in talks to fight Martin Bakole. However, Eddie Hearn has been clear that getting another heavyweight title is the focus of Joshua, meaning he is eyeing the winner of Dubois vs Parker.
