Conor Benn will compete in back-to-back blockbuster fights when he attempts to get revenge on bitter rival Chris Eubank Jr.
Benn has explained how he can improve his first performance against his fellow countryman, and Hamzah Sheeraz predicts a stoppage loss for Eubank Jr. in September. However, it is Eubank Jr. who won the first meeting.
The fight series with Eubank Jr. has resulted in the highest-profile bouts of Benn’s career. However, with world title ambitions, more may be added to his resume.
Although some big names may be options down the line for Benn, there is one fighter he is seemingly not interested in.

Conor Benn says he is not interested in a blockbuster meeting with Ryan Garcia
As Benn’s status has risen throughout 2025, his name has been attached to superstars in the sport in terms of potential opponents.
One name that was mentioned alongside Benn’s was American star Ryan Garcia. Having been a part of huge bouts with Devin Haney and Gervonta Davis, the headliner is one of boxing’s biggest figures today.
However, despite Garcia’s name value, Benn is not eager to compete in a future fight with ‘King Ryan.’
Speaking to Fight Hub TV, the 28-year-old was asked if a fight with Garcia is something that interests him. Benn bluntly responded, “No, because he lost,” in reference to Garcia’s last fight with Rolando Romero.
Adding to his comments, Benn said, “It’s a huge fight, but he’s lost. He’s just got battered, and he’s got his own demons to sort out.”
“He needs to do a lot of self-care, rather than me going ‘Oh, it’s a money fight.’ He needs to sort himself out first.”
Garcia’s next opponent is currently unclear as rival Haney will take on Brian Norman Jr. in November.
Conor Benn names alternative options he favors over Ryan Garcia for next fight
Although a fight with Garcia is seemingly not of interest for Benn, there were some other names he mentioned that he may look to after his September clash.
The man who defeated Garcia, Romero, is one fighter that Benn mentioned he would have an interest in fighting.
As well as this, Benn told Fight Hub TV that the winner of the upcoming fight between Manny Pacquiao and Mario Barrios for the WBC World Welterweight title is of interest.
“To win the WBC world title and then unify with Rolly [Romero], that would be the dream.”
Romero is currently the holder of the WBA (Regular) World Lightweight title following his unanimous decision win over Garcia.
