Conor Benn has been warned that he poses ‘no threat’ in his grudge fight with Chris Eubank Jr this April.
The former welterweight is moving up to middleweight in order to face his long-time family rival, decades after their dads Nigel Benn and Chris Eubank fought one another. April 26 is the fight date at Tottenham Hotspur stadium, with tickets expected to sell out quickly.
Both boxing families have been rivals for decades, and Harlem Eubank believes that it will be another victory for his clan.
Conor Benn vs Chris Eubank Jr booked for April 26
It has now been confirmed by promoters including Eddie Hearn and Turki Alalsheikh that Conor Benn and Chris Eubank Jr will fight at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on April 26. An undercard has even been confirmed, which includes a number of major fights.

Anthony Yarde and Lyndon Arthur will compete in a standout trilogy bout, while former world champions Liam Smith and Chris Billam-Smith also get out. Viddal Riley is also set to defend his English cruiserweight title against Olympian Cheavon Clarke.
The event is one of the most anticipated in British Boxing history, and promoters are expecting to sell out the massive London venue. Their initially scheduled meeting in 2022 sold out The O2 arena in record time, and after a few more years of build it is even bigger now.
Harlem Eubank believes Conor Benn has ‘no chance’ in grudge fight
The family rivalry runs deep between the Eubanks and the Benns, and everyone involved seems to have an opinion on the fight. Chris Eubank Sr has opted against being involved in the promotion, but Harlem Eubank is not shying away from giving his take.
“There is no danger,” he told Ayman Khan of Seconds Out. “The rehydration? That’s the danger, the rehydration clauses. As far as what he presents? Any version of Chris is a complete mismatch but I’m happy for Chris.
“He finally gets to do what he has said he’s going to do for the last three years and he’s finally got the opportunity to do that. But in terms of a fight? It’s a mismatch.”
