To be 19-years-old and have comparisons to Mike Tyson is quite something but, when you’re Moses Itauma, those are just noises.
The young British heavyweight has been making a lot of noise after 10 wins from 10, including eight knockouts, going into the fight against Demsey McKean.
This was meant to be the toughest of Itauma’s career so far but he made a mockery of that and all of a sudden, those ‘British Mike Tyson‘ claims are very valid.
Moses Itauma takes less than 90 seconds to beat Demsey McKean with brutal KO
One of Itauma’s best assests is his frightening speed and that was on full showing during his win against McKean.
With less than 90 seconds on the clock the southpaw landed a clean left overhand that had McKean stumbling to the floor.

Seconds after getting back up the Australian was back on the canvas after yet another brutal shot that had his opponent’s corner throwing in the towel and bringing an end to the fight.
It was another excellent addition to his CV and Itauma’s reaction to his own devastating final punch said it all.
Who does Moses Itauma face next?
Whoever is tipped to face Itauma next will be fearing the worst.
Given his young age, fast-tracking the 19-year-old into the biggest stages may come to early to him, but equally, he overcomes everything he faces.
Itauma gave an insight into his ’emotionless’ mindset before the fight and his victory has cemented his legacy as one of the brightest stars in boxing.
Someone such as Joe Joyce, Fabio Wardley or Frazer Clarke could be the next big step for Britain’s heavyweight but for now, enjoy one of the brightest stars in boxing.
