Tyson Fury is considered to be one of the most popular fighters of the 21st century, thanks to his epic brawls and huge personality.
With moments such as Fury’s recovery against Deontay Wilder and an excellent showcase of head movement from the ‘Gypsy King’, the fighter was a true entertainer.
Although his retirement in early 2025 was met with some skepticism, fans are still hopeful Fury will return for a British showdown with Anthony Joshua.
However, in a previous all-English dust-up, Fury scored an incredible knockout.

Tyson Fury knocked out Dillian Whyte in 2022 at Wembley Stadium
In 2021, Fury rounded out his epic trilogy with Wilder scoring his second consecutive stoppage win over the American. Reigning as the world heavyweight champion, Fury would welcome a challenge from Dillian Whyte.
Whyte went into the bout at 34 years of age, with his most recent fight being a TKO victory over Alexander Povetkin. ‘The Body Snatcher’ had a professional record of 28-2 when he met Fury.
However, Whyte would not be able to hand Fury the first professional loss of his career.
The two fought in Wembley Stadium in April 2022, as Fury earned a highlight reel finish. After an impressive first half of the fight from the champion, the ‘Gypsy King’ landed the final blow.
In the sixth round, Fury would land a perfect uppercut on Whyte, who was left flat on his back. Despite Whyte’s best attempts to return to action, he was too unstable on his feet for the referee to let him continue.
The right uppercut would give Whyte his third professional loss. As for Fury, his record improved to 32-0-1.

Tyson Fury had Derek Chisora trilogy bout after Dillian Whyte
After his stunning knockout over Whyte, Fury would return to action in December 2022 against a familiar foe.
Fury would face Derek Chisora at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, a man who he had already bested twice in 2011 and 2014.
Fury had provided Chisora the first and fifth losses in his career, as ‘Del Boy’ went into the trilogy bout with a 33-12 record.
Chisora would not be able to get revenge over Fury, who made it a hat trick of wins over his fellow Englishman. Earning a 10th-round TKO, Fury made it back-to-back wins on English soil.
