Terence Crawford will face Canelo Alvarez later this year, but he proved his greatness years ago when he triumphed over someone who has beaten Manny Pacquiao.
Terence Crawford has become a world champion in four weight divisions and is set to take on his biggest challenge yet as he moves up in weight to face Canelo Alvarez later this year in Saudi Arabia.
Crawford has beaten numerous world champions, one of which defeated the legendary Manny Pacquiao himself.

Terence Crawford stops Jeff Horn with brutal onslaught
In 2017 Jeff Horn caused a major upset as he beat the 59-6-2 Pacquiao, who dropped YouTuber IShowSpeed recently, in his 18th fight.
The decision was one that outraged many, as they believed Pacquiao was the clear winner of the fight.
Just two fights later, Horn defended his title against Crawford in 2018. Unlike the fight with Pacquiao, who named his dog after Keith Thurman, Crawford did not let Horn hear the final bell.
Crawford won every round of the fight going into the ninth round, and forced the stoppage as the referee had seen Horn take enough punishment.
Jeff Horn was stopped sooner by fellow Aussie than by Crawford
In 2020, in what would turn out to be his final fight, Horn took on fellow Australian Tim Tszyu.
Tszyu was 15-0 at the time, compared to Horn’s 20-2-1 record, but proved to be the far fresher and more put-together fighter on the night.
Tszyu, who may fight Keith Thurman next, took Horn into the eighth round and, in a one-up of Crawford’s effort, stopped him before the next bell.
Tszyu has since won the super-welterweight championship against Brian Mendoza but lost it to Sebastian Fundora, who was KO’d by Mendoza the fight before.
