Darren Till has the tools to defeat Carl Froch, says one of boxing’s toughest fighters.
On Saturday night, ‘The Gorilla’ ruthlessly knocked out Luke Rockhold in a devastating performance at Misfits 22, inside the AO Arena in Manchester, UK.
Now, attention has switched to who the ex-UFC star will face next, with Kalle Sauerland saying he’d love to make Till vs Froch.
And while many would favor ‘The Cobra’ to get the job done, one of the MMA veteran’s sparring partners believes an upset is very much possible.

Liam Smith explains how Darren Till can beat Carl Froch
Liam Smith, who has trained extensively with Darren Till, knows just how good he is.
With that in mind, the former WBO light middleweight world champion believes his friend has the minerals to give Carl Froch a real run for his money.
In an exclusive interview with Bloody Knockout, ‘Beefy’ said: “He has to try and stick it on Carl Froch. He has to use his size, he’s a bigger man than Carl, and has that unorthodox MMA style.
“He’s awkward anyway, Darren, he’s a big long southpaw with daft long arms. Carl Froch has been out of the ring a long time, Darren has to stick it on him and make him think, ‘Why did I come back’?”
Liam Smith once angrily confronted Carl Froch
Till vs Froch would be a very interesting fight for Smith to watch.
Beefy has had his own issues with the former super middleweight King in the past.
On one occasion, tensions rose very high.
Furious with his countryman, Smith angrily approached Froch.
