Jaron Ennis will return to the ring against Eimantas Stanionis this Saturday in Atlantic City.
Jaron ‘Boots’ Ennis will put his undefeated record on the line against Eimantas Stanionis, a fellow undefeated boxer with a 15-0 record.
Ennis is 33-0 with 29 knockouts to his name, but there is just one man who Ennis has failed to stop in the last eight years and the only man to ever go 12 rounds with ‘Boots’.

Jaron Ennis could not bring down this Ukrainian challenger
In 2023, Ennis faced Karen Chukhadzhian, a 21-1 Ukrainian challenger whose only loss came in a three-round contest at the very beginning of his career in 2015.
The pair fought for the IBF interim world title, and Ennis failed to stop Chukhadzhian, who forced him to go the full 12-round distance for the first time ever in his career.
Ennis, who fought a no-contest with Chris Van Heerden, won a shut-out decision and went on a two-fight knockout streak against Roiman Villa and David Avanesyan, who Terence Crawford also beat. Avanesyan claims Crawford punches harder than Ennis.
Now a full IBF world champion, Ennis sought to settle the score against Chukhadzhian, the only man he wasn’t able to stop since a six-rounder in 2017.
Though Ennis scored a knockdown of Chukhadzhian en route to victory, he was again unable to stop him, and won a wide, but not as wide as the first, decision.
Ennis will defend his belt next against the highly-touted Lithuanian Stanionis.
Eimantas Stanionis reveals huge sacrifice ahead of Jaron Ennis fight
In the pre-fight press conference Stanionis said of the fight: “I sacrificed a lot with my family. My wife is pregnant, the baby might come today or tomorrow so it’s like a lot of sacrifices.”
Eddie Hearn then jumped in and said: “I just wanna confirm to fight fans making the trip down to Atlantic City and watching live on DAZN that if the baby does come you’re not flying home or anything, you’re staying in Atlantic City right?”
Stanionis laughed and replied that he would definitely enter the ring against Ennis on Saturday.
