Jake Paul told to avoid fighter who will tear him ‘to pieces’ by boxing personality, who suggests different opponent

Jake Paul should run away from a talented world champion and face a different boxer instead, according to a commentator.

On June 28, ‘The Problem Child’ beat Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. in a dominant display inside the Honda Center in Anaheim, California, USA.

The victory earned the YouTuber the #14 spot in the WBA rankings. Paul is just two places below a dangerous KO artist.

With that in mind, the American is knocking on the door of a world title shot.

Ben Davis tells Jake Paul to avoid Gilberto Ramirez and fight Badou Jack

Ben Davis believes that Jake Paul should avoid WBA and WBO cruiserweight world champion, Gilberto Ramirez, like the plague.

Instead, the voice of Misfits believes that the 28-year-old should set his sights on the WBC title holder.

In an exclusive interview with Bloody Knockout, he said: “The problem with getting ranked that highly officially is that there aren’t many avenues for you to go next.

“I know there were discussions for a Tommy Fury rematch, but I think that ship has completely sailed.

“In my estimation, there are only two opponents that stand in front of Jake Paul — Gilberto ‘Zurdo’ Ramirez or Badou Jack.

“If I was Team Jake Paul, I’m saying, ‘F— the Zurdo Ramirez fight, we’re going to get torn to pieces. Let’s go for an aging but still a world champion, Badou Jack’. That’s the next one.

“I don’t want to see Jake Paul in there with anyone who’s going to perform like Julio Cesar Chavez Jr.”

However, with Jack now likely to rematch Noel Mikaelian, Paul might be waiting a while for his opportunity to scale the boxing mountain.

Ben Davis opens up about starring on the Challenge 41 with Turbo

Having traded the world of commentary for reality TV, Davis is set to feature on The Challenge 41: Vets and New Threats.

In addition to multiple-time champions Johnny Bananas and CT, the rookie will star alongside Turkish superstar, Turbo, who has a background in kickboxing, Muay Thai, taekwondo, and even pillow fighting.

The winner of the 33rd season of the show is renowned for his explosive arguments and certainly made for an interesting individual for Davis to interact with.

He explained: “Turbo is a guy who is just so reserved and within himself, he carries this lone samurai persona, which was funny to deal with and learn about.

“He had a crazy upbringing on the streets and then formed himself into a reality TV star on the Turkish version of Survivor, which is six months on an island. So, this dude is a true animal.

“Throughout the season of filming, he would just walk around the house in a black poncho. So, it’s this menacing persona mixed with this odd attire.

“I could never get a feel whether Turbo liked me or not, but I tried to stay out of his way as much as possible.”
