Daniel Dubois scored three knockdowns in 48 seconds to claim his first belt

Daniel Dubois has stopped all but one of the opponents he’s beaten, but his knockout against one man was so devastating he knocked him down three times in less than a minute.

Daniel Dubois is on a collision course for the undisputed heavyweight crown in a rematch with Oleksandr Usyk this July.

Usyk will hope to put the low-blow controversy to bed and become a two-time undisputed heavyweight champion and overall three-time undisputed champion.

Dubois has stopped every opponent he’s faced except for Kevin Johnson, who fought AJ and Fury, and Joe Joyce and Usyk, whom he lost to.

Daniel Dubois KO’d AJ Carter to claim title in his fifth fight

Dubois made his pro debut in 2017, and, after bowling over his first three opponents in a combined time of five minutes, he faced a 15-1 opponent for the WBC Youth Heavyweight title.

He won the fight with yet another knockout, setting the KO machine up for his first true title fight – the Southern Area regional title.

Dubois faced 8-3 AJ Carter for the title. Carter had two stoppage losses, including one against well-known journeyman Kamil Sokolowski, and one disqualification.

Dubois handled the fight with ease, and dropped the Brit not once, not twice, but three times in a matter of just 48 seconds, securing his first title and another KO victory, all in his first year as a pro.

Dubois defeated Dorian Darch, who later turned to bare-knuckle fighting, in his final bout to close out his first year.
