However, to bounce back from the loss, the British fighter had an impressive performance.

Chris Eubank Jr. defeated Dmitry Chudinov via 12th-round TKO
After suffering a split decision loss to Saunders in November 2014, Eubank Jr. would return to the ring just three months later.
Fighting in London, Eubank Jr. would face undefeated Dmitry Chudinov (14-0-2). However, the Russian fighter would not be able to extend his winning streak of five.
Competing on the same card as Tyson Fury, Eubank Jr. would have an impressive performance to return to the win column.
The two would face off for the interim WBA World Middleweight title, as Chudinov was looking to defend the belt. Despite having success in the bout, however, Eubank would land the more damaging blows in the fight.
As the damage began to accumulate, bleeding began on the face of the Russian as Eubank Jr. grew into the fight. In the later rounds of the bout, Eubank Jr. was in pursuit of a finish.
Despite the amount of heavy blows Chudinov was dealt, the fighter would not go down. Following a relentless flurry of punches, Eubank Jr. looked to his corner in disbelief, pointing at his opponent.
Although he would not hit the canvas, with just less than a minute left on the clock, Chudinov was waved off by the referee, as the Englishman claimed the interim title.
Chris Eubank Jr. would go on an eight-fight win streak before tasting defeat again
The win against Chudinov would be the first of eight victories in a row for Eubank Jr.
The run would see him defeat the likes of Tom Doran and Arthur Abraham, as well as Eubank Jr. delivering a knockout to Avni Yildirim.
His eight wins in a two-and-a-half-year period would see him matched up with George Groves as the two competed in a super middleweight tournament.
The fight would see Eubank Jr. suffer the second loss of his career. Fighting in Manchester, Groves would win the bout via unanimous decision.
