Butterbean battered Johnny Knoxville from pillar-to-post

In his iconic Jackass career, Johnny Knoxville has put himself in an array of dangerous positions, but perhaps none more so than taking punches from Butterbean.

As part of the franchise’s first movie in 2002, the charismatic character, who had no real boxing experience, laced up the gloves, and traded bombs with the established fighter.

In the middle of a shop floor, a ring girl paraded around with a ‘Round one’ sign, leaving the customers with a sense of bemusement, that only increased as the boxer battered Knoxville to the floor.

But rather than staying down, the American rose to his feet, with Butterbean allowing him a free shot, before proceeding to put him on the canvas again.

This time, Knoxville was out cold, with those in the shop looking nothing short of terrified at what had just transpired.

While a doctor looked at the cut, which required stitches on the back of his head, the film legend asked: “Is Butterbean okay?”

Butterbean accidentally dropped referee with monstrous punch

As it turns out, Knoxville isn’t the only non-professional boxer that Butterbean has sent flying toward the canvas.

After turning professional, the warrior carved out a reputation as a truly thunderous puncher.

His dynamite hands were on full display during his fight against Pat Jackson. And it wasn’t just his opponent who felt his wrath, but also the referee, whom he dropped with an overhand right.
