Anthony Joshua holds wins over Joseph Parker, Andy Ruiz, Kubrat Pulev, Dillian Whyte, and more, but there is one heavyweight at the top of the division who Joshua hasn’t faced since the amateurs.
Anthony Joshua is set to return to the ring at some point this year after a crushing defeat to Daniel Dubois in front of a record number of boxing fans at Wembley Stadium in September last year.
Joshua had come off a win over Francis Ngannou and was seeking his chance to become a three-time heavyweight world champion against Dubois, but things didn’t pan out in his favor.
Despite this loss, Joshua’s career has seen him defeat a great many special talents, including one knockout artist who he defeated en route to Olympic gold.

Anthony Joshua sends ‘Big Bang’ Zhilei Zhang to the canvas in thrilling Olympic quarter-final match
Joshua’s boxing career has seen turbulent times, from his upset loss to Andy Ruiz to his back-to-back defeats at the hands of Oleksandr Usyk, though he also holds a great many accomplishments, including a gold medal from the 2012 London Olympic games.
Joshua defeated then 163-19 Roberto Cammarelle to claim Gold, but thrilled spectators two fights earlier in the quarter-finals, when he faced Zhilei Zhang.
The fight saw Joshua send Zhang to the canvas, something only one man was ever able to do in his pro career until Agit Kabayel stopped Zhang in his latest outing.
Zhang had won a silver medal in the 2008 Beijing Olympics, but failed to take home a medal in London.
Zhilei Zhang scored a knockout that altered British ‘Juggernaut’s entire career
Zhang became well-known and a fan favorite after his back-to-back wins over Joe Joyce.
In their first fight, in which Joyce voluntarily put the WBO interim title on the line, Zhang’s shots couldn’t seem to miss their target, and Joyce’s eye began to swell drastically.
The bout was called to an end by the ringside doctor in round six, and Joyce was adamant he wanted a rematch to reclaim the title and his chances of world title contention.
Unfortunately for Joyce, the rematch went even worse as he sustained a solid knockout that laid him out on the canvas in the third round.
Joyce’s career hasn’t been the same since, and the man who defeated Dubois and Joseph Parker has lost four of his last five fights, with his one win coming against Kash Ali, who is famed for biting David Price.
Joyce has lost to Derek Chisora, who almost beat Agit Kabayel once, and more recently, Filip Hrgovic.
