Amir Khan retired with a record of 34-6, and is a British legend of the sport.
Amir Khan lost just six of his 40 fights, including a stand-out stoppage loss to Canelo Alvarez, and another to Terence Crawford.
Despite his few losses, Khan had a collection of great wins, including a stoppage of Paulie Malignaggi and a points win over Marcos Maidana, who wore Mayweather’s tooth on a necklace.
But one of his best wins ever came over a former foe of Floyd Mayweather.

Amir Khan shut down Zab Judah with sneaky bodyshot
In 2011, with a record of 25-1, Khan took on Zab Judah, who held a record of 41-6.
Judah had lost a unanimous decision to Floyd Mayweather, whose uncle was stopped by Oscar De La Hoya, in 2006, and has shared the ring with the likes of Miguel Cotto, Carlos Baldomir, and Kostya Tszyu, father of Tim Tszyu.
The fight ended in the fifth round when in the clinch Khan, now a Pakistani army captain, let off a sneaky body shot that sent Judah down to the canvas, unable to beat the ref’s count.
Judah retired with a record of 44-10, and fought just six times after his loss to Khan.
Amir Khan returned to boxing after 3-year layoff for all-British grudge match
Khan retired in 2019 after beating Billy Dib by fourth-round stoppage but returned three years later to finally face domestic rival Kell Brook, who fought Carson Jones in a close contest.
The fight was one of the first major events delivered by Ben Shalom’s Boxxer, working alongside Sky Sports.

The event also saw Adam Azim’s third-ever fight, and first on a big stage. Azim recently beat Sergey Lipinets.
Khan’s return to boxing would not be a successful one, however, as Brook would win by sixth-round stoppage. Both Brook and Khan retired following the fight.
