Chris Eubank Jr and Conor Benn will finally go one-on-one in their highly anticipated Middleweight bout at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
The pair were meant to fight in 2022, but Conor Benn’s failed drug tests caused the fight with Chris Eubank Jr to be canceled and saw him suspended from boxing.
It has been rescheduled for April 26, 2025, and the anticipation has only built for this exciting encounter. 35 years after Chris Eubank and Nigel Benn battled in their first famous fight, their sons will hope to do their families proud in the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Elsewhere on the card, Anthony Yarde and Lyndon Arthur will complete their trilogy of fights in the Light Heavyweight division. The pair are at one win apiece at the moment, although Yarde’s knockout of Arthur in 2021 will be on everyone’s mind going into this fight.
Meanwhile, Liam Smith will be hoping to get back to winning ways against young Irish talent Aaron McKenna. Smith is looking for a trilogy fight with Eubank Jr and hopes a win here will push him towards that coveted rematch.
Ahead of Chris Eubank Jr vs Conor Benn, the experts at Bloody Knockout have picked their winners for the three top fights on the card, with some very interesting picks for the winner.

Chris Eubank Jr vs Conor Benn predictions
- Harvey Burton – Chris Eubank Jr via KO
- Donal Long – Conor Benn via KO
- James Sweetnam – Chris Eubank Jr via KO
The Bloody Knockout experts are split on who will walk out of the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium as the winner between Benn and Eubank Jr.
Both Harvey and James see Eubank Jr beating his younger, smaller opponent. The IBO Middleweight Champion has the size and strength advantage over Benn, although he will have to be wary about the undefeated Benn’s power in the early rounds of the fight.
While Benn has beaten big names like Chris Algieri at 147 lbs, the jump up to 160 lbs could be too much for the Welterweight. He struggled with his power in his last few encounters, so Eubank Jr. could be a step too far for “The Destroyer”.
However, Donal disagrees. He has seen Benn demolish all 23 of his previous opponents and doesn’t see Eubank Jr as a threat to his unblemished record. He sees a knockout win for Benn to send Eubank Jr into an early retirement.
Anthony Yarde vs Lyndon Arthur predictions
- Harvey Burton – Anthony Yarde via KO
- Donal Long – Anthony Yarde via KO
- James Sweetnam – Anthony Yarde via KO
There is a consensus on the Yarde vs Arthur fight – Arthur is getting knocked out.
The British fighter has won 26 of his 29 fights, with an impressive 23 of them via knockout. This included a knockout win against Arthur, where he took home the Commonwealth and WBO Inter-Continental light-heavyweight titles.
Despite a defeat to Artur Beterbiev in 2023, Yarde bounced back with three consecutive wins, two via knockout. The Bloody Knockout experts see this bout going the same way, with Yarde knocking out Arthur to end their trilogy with a 2-1 victory.
Liam Smith vs Aaron McKenna predictions
- Harvey Burton – Aaron McKenna via decision
- Donal Long – Liam Smith via judges decision
- James Sweetnam – Aaron McKenna via decision
Smith may be in trouble as he returns to the ring against McKenna, according to the Bloody Knockout experts.
Both Harvey and James have picked McKenna to beat his much more experienced opponent. The 25-year-old has won his first three fights since turning professional, with the last two coming with early knockouts.
While they see him going the distance, two of the experts think McKenna will outclass Smith. “Beefy” looks past his best after losing to Eubank Jr, and should struggle against his younger, taller opponent, especially after spending two years out of the ring.
However, Donal sees it differently. He can’t look past the experience of Smith, who had four TKO wins over some tough fighters before falling to Eubank Jr in their rematch. At 36, he still has some years left in the sport and will be eyeing up bigger things after beating McKenna in London.
